Racine County would like to recognize employees who go the extra mile to enhance the service that we offer. There are many ways an employee can go above and beyond what is expected. The following are the criteria that are used to determine who is spotlighted on this website:
- Excellent customer service
- Performing duties above and beyond standards
- Initiation of new ideas that have been proven to be beneficial to Racine County
- Taking on extra responsibilities/projects/duties
- A single notable action to protect life, safety or property
A sub-committee of the Racine County Activity Committee will conduct the selection process. If you know someone who does particularly well in his or her job and deserves special recognition, please complete a nomination form.
